Local Orders

The following conditions apply for a product to be considered exchangeable or returnable:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Clothing and shoes can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
  • The product must be sealed with the original price tag intact.
  • If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.
  • A purchase is non-refundable and non-returnable in case of personal like or dislike for a product.
  • Selected items listed below are not eligible for return:

Made-to-order (customised and standardised) items, women's intimate apparel and men's innerwear cannot be returned

Shoes & Bags

Made-to-order (customised and standardised) items cannot be returned

Beauty

All items in this category, except for hair removal and other electronical items, cannot be returned

Jewellery

All items in this category, once worn, cannot be returned

Lifestyle

Custom-made items cannot be returned

Refunds 

  • All refunds requests for debit/credit payments will be initiated within 2 working days of order cancellation. 
  • All refunds for local customers are made through cross cheque sent to the registered billing address within 7 working days of the refund initiation date.
  • For all international orders, the currency exchange rate applied at the time of purchase will be applied to the total refund amount.
  • Shipping charges are refunded along with the full amount paid for a returned product. 
  • Discounted items, once purchased, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
